We recently met with and engaged HR Business Direction to assist and guide us through the WH&S maize.  We had a very outdated WH&SM and being a production and distribution site, it was critical that we bring it and our processes up to date. Our experience with Leisa and her technical specialists was great. They took the time to get to know us , learn about our business and then applied their expertise to suit our business and hold our compliance with legislation. We had a large job to do with many days of research, audit and consultation.   This was completed on time and within a restrictive budget.    What we got in the finished product was detailed advice for us to ensure our practices remained compliant and our system was up to date.   HRBD are still in touch with our business today to make sure that we continue to understand our new platform and support us with ongoing implementation of the new safety practices and culture.
