We have engaged HR Business Direction to provide us with advice and support for ourselves and our franchise partners.

We have sought their advice on a number of complex Industrial Relations issues and always get very quick, thorough  response.   Whilst we predominately use them for Industrial Relations advice, the advice provided is always very inclusive of other areas of HR at a deep level and we know that they have the skills and experience to assist us in any area of HR at that same level when required.  It provides real peace of mind knowing we have them there to call on when needed, particularly when we are busy!

HR Business Direction have and continue to take the time to get to know our business, our goals, what we are trying to achieveand to ensure their advice works with and for us.  We look forward to working with HR Business Direction on some of our varied projects in the future.
