A Forbes study in 2011 found 321 large global enterprises surveyed, 85% agreed or strongly agreed that diversity is crucial to fostering innovation in the workplace.

Human Capital Institute found that 60% of Mergers & Acquisitions don’t achieve results due to poor leadership, cultures not aligned, integration and focus.
