Our Managing Director is now a Prosci® Certified Change Management Practitioner

Change management is the people considerations of any oganisational change.  Change management focuses on ensuring all employees embrace the new status, as quickly as possible, without disruption to performance and productivity.

We are pleased to announce that Leisa Messer (FCPHR), our Managing Director and HR Specialist is now a Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner.    

As a Senior HR Practitioner, Leisa felt she instinctively advised her clients in managing change in organisations, which is a constant, however, is pleased now to formally understand the methodology and have access to tools and information which will only be of benefit to her clients.
