We engaged HR Business Direction to work with us in improving our team engagement.  They went through the process of meeting with individuals of the team prior to conducting a team engagement facilitated session.  It was apparent that they have extensive knowledge and skills in the area of personality profiling and team dynamics.  The session was thorough, informative, insightful, fun, open, relaxed yet extremely valuable.  Each member of team saw the value and benefited from the session and we have a team more aware of their own working styles, aware of their fellow colleagues and how they can better work together to achieve our goals in the future.
