On behalf of Return Serve, I would like to express our appreciation of the guidance and assistance you and your team at HR Business Direction provided in developing a terrific process and associated systems for employing our first permanent employee.

Once our Board had made its decision to employ an experienced Program Co­ordinator and chosen that person we were very concerned to put down the correct systems, remuneration structure and legal employment contract for her and subsequent employees. We realised that this is a complex area and we wanted to be transparent and open for the benefit of our new employee. lt was important to commence as we wished to continue.

As I had known of the quality of the work your firm has done for others, I was confident of a good outcome. My expectations, however, were greatly surpassed. There were so many areas that needed to be addressed which we had not even considered. We were professionally and efficiently guided through this process and provided with everything we needed, tailored for our specific not-for-profit needs.

An unexpected benefit to all concerned is our Program Co-ordinator’s appreciation of our efforts, via HR Business Direction, to seriously craft her package. What a great start for this very important relationship, one that would not be possible without the work of HR Business Direction.
