Our business is growing which means that our staffing levels have increased substantially over the past few years.  Of course, with additional staff comes the need for additional human resources expertise to ensure we are compliant and are doing all we can to get the most out of our employees so that we can further grow our business and achieve our goals.  During this period of growth, I’ve turned to HR Business Direction to guide us through the HR and industrial relations minefield so that I can rest easy at night, knowing that I’m doing the right thing by my staff and that my business is compliant with industrial relations laws and human resources best practice.

Looking after our team is one of our core values and HR Business Direction play a key part in that.  HR Business Direction have also prepared employment contracts for us and have advised on various issues associated with the fair and proper treatment of staff.  In addition they have also helped us with a complex client issue.  They really know their stuff!

Leisa and her team provide me with comprehensive but easy to understand advice and documentation which is invaluable in dealing with HR issues as and when they arise.  I have used them as a sounding board for a number of HR issues as well, all of which goes a long way to ensure the smooth running of my business.
