HR Business Direction have provided great commercial advice when developing our Contractor Agreements and Employment Contracts, they don’t leave any stone unturned.  Melissa took the time to understand our business so that the agreements provided were suited to our needs.  She went the extra mile to ensure we really understood them and took ownership of them.   I can now sleep at night knowing that we are not only complying with the law but have the necessary protections in place.

The Senior team at HR Business Direction have also worked with me to develop a HR Strategy which ensures that my staff and human resource activities are aligned to my vision and business goals and are truly contributing real value to my business.
