Leisa has over 20 years’ experience in Human Resources. She has completed a Bachelor of Business (majoring in Human Resources) and a Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations. Leisa is a Chartered Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI), and Vice Preseident of their Queensland Council. She’s also a Member of the Queensland Industrial Relations Society and the Change Management Institute, and is highly experienced in and passionate about advising Board Members, CEOs, Directors and Senior Managers on a range of HR issues to ensure they are getting optimum productivity for a ROI on their people.
David is an experienced leader who has held a variety of technical, commercial and management roles during a successful 30 year career. With a holistic business view focusing on strategy, innovation, culture, employee engagement and customer satisfaction, he brings a wealth of business knowledge to HR Business Direction. David is a passionate, ethical and results driven professional who is equally comfortable communicating and developing effective relationships from the shop floor to executive level. He is driven to deliver business results without compromising quality or customer satisfaction.
Christina holds a Bachelor of Business (majoring in Human Resource Management), and postgraduate qualifications in Rehabilitation Case Management and Workplace Health & Safety. A member of the Safety Institute Australia, Christina is experienced in safety management and consulting, and a qualified workplace trainer and Auditor. She has extensive knowledge of workplace health and safety, workers compensation and injury management and has worked in both the public and private sectors.
Melissa holds degrees in Law and International Business, and she’s a member of the Queensland Industrial Relations Society and the Queensland Law Society. Melissa has extensive experience in Employment Law but has also worked in Commercial Law. This combination of skills and experience means she offers real value in advising our clients.
Trish is a registered Psychologist and a member of the Australian Psychology Association and Change Management Institute. She is highly experienced in Organisational Psychology and specialises in psychometric assessment for selection and development purposes, group facilitation and training, organisational development and change management, assessment of organisational development needs, team dynamics and climate.
Alistair is a registered Psychologist and Organisational Development Professional. Alistair is a member of the Australian Psychological Society and Change Management Institute. Alistair is experienced in delivering value to a variety of clients and industries. Some of Alistair’s work is across organisational culture, leadership development, change and communications management, group facilitation and training, safety culture and coaching.
