The Victorian IR Minister is conducting a review of the states’ Long Service Leave Act. AHRI have conducted a survey of members to form part of their submission which indicated that while only a small proportion of employees remain in organisations long enough to access LSL, it is an entitlement that is highly valued and should not be abandoned without an equivalent replacement.
